What clearly sets Hot Pursuit 2 apart from other arcade driving games is its wealth of gameplay modes. But it also pales in comparison to the PlayStation 2 version.
After almost five years, the true sequel is finally here in Hot Pursuit 2 for the Xbox, and it gives players all the car-chasing, roadblock-blasting action they can handle. After taking the police-themed chases out of Need for Speed II, they returned for the series' final foray on the PlayStation in 1998, Hot Pursuit. The Need for Speed name is synonymous with arcade racing, and after a handful of installments the series is still going strong.
